Swim Ability: To ensure a challenging and rewarding experience for all participants, we require a certain level of swim proficiency. Specifically, participants should be able to swim 1500-meters or 1650-yards in under 23 minutes, which translates to a pace of approximately 1:30 per 100 yards, OR the ability to complete 15 x 100 yards on 1:40 or meters on 1:50. This criteria ensures that all participants possess the necessary speed and endurance to maintain a cohesive group dynamic, allowing for everyone to have a fun and engaging experience.
